Outdoor and Online Therapy
I offer both outdoor therapy and online therapy. There are benefits to each modality based on your goals, interests, and needs.
Outdoor therapy provides the physical and emotional benefits of being in nature. Outdoor sessions are available to those living in or willing to travel to Boston.
Online therapy (also called telehealth or telepsychology) is offered through a secure video platform. This added convenience keeps traffic, long commutes, or illness from getting in the way of your therapy appointments.
